I have to say that this video is notably fun and clear for understanding if you could see a comedy show on TV, popular here in Russia, where Chelyabins people are alway bantered for their severity and firmness)))) Just like a confirmation of these jockes)))
But actually, as I could see people there were really scared and many children were hurt with broken glass...
