Note that the 3.7mH coil in the original crossover has 3.25 ohm resistance and this is intentional

If you ask the reseller, he'll gladly inform you how to make a 3,7mH coil from this 3,9mH coil by unwinding it a bit (about 2% would do, so if the coil has 200 windings, unwind 4).
