Matching DMOS Fets.

Is there any difference in matching JFETS vs DMOS Fets? Need to mach some ZVP4424A and ZVN4424A. Found this device and can it be used to match these?

The title of the ZVP4424A datasheet says "ENHANCEMENT MODE". That means its Idss is zero. However JFETs are depletion mode devices; their Idss is not zero. So a JFET tester will not give correct readings on enhancement mode MOSFETs.
