Dear nandappe,
I noticed that you use DDVP-10 box for number of 4" drivers. Do you change anything in box design or stuffing for different drives? Can this box or your TWTD be used with CHP70?
Thx

Dear Cindra,
I tried MAOP10, CHR70v3, W4-1320SIF, W4-1879 with the same box and sound absorbing material, and they all feel good.
I think the CHP70 will also sound good.
Recently, I replaced the internal cable with a one-step ladder cable to further improve the sound quality.

My recommendation is
Classical, Vocal, Accoustic - TWTD series
Jazz, Rock, Electrical - DDVP series

Hi „nandappe“ – greetings to Hitachinaka,

Close to the weekend I may have a bit stupid question, because I have absolutely no clue - How does that work? What is the idea behind that? What will be the improvement? So that sounds very interesting for me.
Cheers and a nice weekend!
With kind regards
Stefan

Dear Stefan,
I use ladder type cables for power supply, RCA, speakers, etc.
Using ladder cables reduces clutter and increases transparency.
Especially full-range speakers are prone to distortion at high volume, but audible distortion at high volume is also reduced.
I do not know the details of the technology, etc.
For details, please visit the website of MARUCHO ENGINEERING(jpn), who holds the patent for this technology.

Hi, in this picture, the ladder is on the source side, but the way you built it, the ladder is on the load side. Could you confirm which one is correct? Maybe there is a translation issue? Thank you!Dear Stefan,

Just curious, can this design be adapted for TC9FD? Or maybe you have a DDVP design for that driver? Thank you.DDVP-10-ML
Dear nandappe and all
Please advise and comment
I can source locally from Mouser RG cables from Amphenol.
Could you please indicate what construction details are relevant, to this application.. Silver conductor, solid or multistrand. Teflon insulation, etc.

Thanks in advance.

My bad!! Sorry, it was my mistake in reading the diagram. I appreciate you taking the time to draw it out for me (us). Thanks!Dear jwicaksana,
Please check the images.
And, I don't know about Peerless TC9FD as I have not tried it.
Dear JC Fardo,
What is important in ladder cables is the structure, so single-core shielded wires can be used.
Dear Nandappe
Thanks for reply. What is the lenght of each step ? From amp to speaker (2,0 ~2,5 meters) how many steps?
Again, thanks in advance.
