Yes. Wave guided tweeter. I'm going to try both a pair of Pioneer PT-3 and a pair of DIY oblate-spheroidal wg Beyma CP380M compression driver and see which I like better.

Awesome news. Thanks for getting back with about that question? Please up date us. Also Beyma came out with a ring tweeter type. Might be worth looking in to.🤷🏻‍♂️

This probably goes for lots of speakers, but I'm continually surprised by how well these little MAOP7s respond to component changes/upgrades. I did a preamp swap today and I feel like the lack of a traditional crossover make them especially revealing of what's in the signal chain. Such a fun driver.
