So is it a labyrinth or a horn? Arguably both.
I have a suspicion that the rather coarse transitions from one throat cross section to the next would raise problems with the rear wavefront.
On the other hand, you could mount a driver in the mouth of the horn and run it backwards as a transmission line. An all purpose design.

Nice design, appeals to someone like me with limited wordworking skills. Any one know :

1) if these are exported outside Japan ?

2) What efficiency they would be.

I built these speakers about 2 months ago. They lack bass below about 80 Hz, though there is still a bit down to 60 Hz. I'm using them with a LM1875 amp and it's more than enough for my den.
