Made myself a EL84 PP Tubelab Clone

Interesting and fascinating to read Your stories. It is like sitting in a classrom, in a history lesson! Happy New Years To All Of You! Here in the south of Norway we have a couple of degrees Celsius below zero, and 10cm of snow.

I have an older brother, and from the early seventees I always got his "old" stereo-system when he bought a new one. Remember he gave me a Lenco B55, some Philips speakers and a ASA amp (Made in Finland?). Sounded great in my ears. Later a Micro Seiki, Hafler pre/poweramp popped up... I miss the Micro Seiki!

Maybe a crash-bar? I mounted the handle so it is easier to have the amp standing upside down, in the test period. The valves will not touch the floor.
It looks a lot like some drawer pulls that I got at Ikea for use as amp handles. These are shiny though.
