At this point I would change all the low power transistors, they can`t be more then 25, it`s a small invest but at least you know that they will last another few decades 🙂
Yes I got the right trimpost as the left channel works fine and I changed those as well.
I didn't check if the noise is still there because I would like to get the bias right before assembling again.

I just fixed the problem with the bias, one very tired solder joint. Also so far no crackling noises. I might change the 2SC1345 transistors in the preamp anyway but it seems like changing the diff input transistors did the trick.
