Hi Prasi,
The design of the new board looks promising so far.

I would like to suggest that the output RC snubber be arranged so the capacitor may be an electrolytic type with 5 mm lead spacing and up to 12.6 mm body diameter. I have found that the CRCRC PSU that I am using sounds better with a high-quality 1000 uF capacitor in parallel with the last bank. For the larger bank capacitors of 27,000 uF and higher, which this new board will be using, the inductance is high enough to affect the audio performance. The simple way to fix this is to add smaller value caps in parallel with the big 40 mm caps.
