The LuFo amp is worth a look:
LuFo Amp - 39w SE Class A from 28v Rail
Proof of concept is done. JPS64 is almost finished with the PCB layout. Next is verification build. The Gerbers for the boards will be freely available. I’ll probably have some in stock in my shop as well if you don’t feel like ordering your own boards.

What can I build with these LU1014 except an F3 (allready built that one)..?
There's ZenMod's LuDEF as well;
LuDEF
Yes they both seems interesting, except the coil for LuDo (expensive).
By the wich material is the adapter plate for the LD1014 made in?

aluminum IMS with thermal conductivity of 2W/(m K).
Yhe LuFo can use surplus microwave oven transformers seem to work well for this. in the US, they are 0.5ohm DCR and about 60mH and 10A. About $40 used.

Maybe I´m lost behind a wagon, but how can I solder aluminium?aluminum IMS with thermal conductivity of 2W/(m K).
You don't, it's just a specialised type of PCB in terms of soldering - there's lots of info earlier in this thread.

Do a search for "IMS PCB"...
Solder mask / HASL Pb or ENIG finish / Copper / Epoxy Insulator / Aluminum substrate

LU1014D GB Signup sheet
Click the link above for the Google signup sheet on this GB. If you cannot get the link to work- send me a pm (wg45) and I'll add you to the sheet.
GB Specifics-
1. Papa has generously donated a large number of LU1014D Power Jftets from his Aladdin's cave of a parts stash. Woofertester is matching the Jfets and we will be distributing a matched pair to each member on the list. Cost to you- $0. Please make sure to thank Papa!
2. XRK971 has created a PCB adapter to allow the LU1014D to be attached to a heat sink. XRK971 and Woofertester are currently testing the PCB and early returns are favorable. If it works, we will offer the PCB (in pairs, one PCB per device) as part of the GB. The cost will depend on the amount ordered from the PCB fab house.
Questions-
A. Can I just sign up for a pair of LU1014D? Or just the PCB? Sure. You can do either on the google doc.
B. When will all this goodness ship to me? What's the shipping cost?- It looks like the LU1014D matching will be finished in June. PCB testing may finish around the same time. I'd guess at shipping in late June or early July. We'll try to have flat rate cost to keep shipping easy.
C. I want to change or update my PCB quantities on the spreadsheet. Go ahead. I'll send a note when it's about to lock. XRK971 will also make gerbers available, so you can place your own PCB order.
D. How come I can only get one pair of LU014D? They were donated to the group and we're trying to make sure each person that wants a pair, gets a pair. If there are any left over after the GB distribution, we'll offer another GB. Plus there seem to be a bunch of LU1014D and LD1014D (SMT version) on line through Ebay or Ali Express. Early testing (so far) says those Fets are genuine. You might just want to order some.
E. What can I build with these Jfets? An F3, Zen Mod's LuDEF, XRK971's LuFo.... Who knows what this group might come up with next using the LU1014D.
F. How do I attach the LU1014D to the PCB? XRK971 has posted a testing build on this thread. I'm not going to say it's finished, but it does give a rough idea of the process. More to come from him.
F. Do I have to use the PCB or buy the PCB? No, maybe you have a better way to heat sink the LU1014D. We'd love to see it.

Thank you for it and thanks to xrk and woofertester for the very creative work around this SIT...LU1014D GB Signup sheet

And, obviously, THANKS PAPA!!

You can build Patrick's (EVUL) DAO follower.
I changed my quantities on this GB to zero. I have plenty LU in my stash from eBay and I acquired some LD parts from Ali Express en route to me. XRK and I collaborated on a run of PCBs and XRK has kindly built up a batch for us to evaluate.

I think I will make a video on how to do the SMT soldering of the LU1014D/LD1014D TO247 IMS adapters from start to finish. Hopefully, this will give you an idea of what is involved.

Please include the temperature of the pan and the temp of the PCB. Show off the IR thermometer.
