Some were in Soviet stuff, sorry, classified.
And BEL used those in their 15W HF man pack radios.

How many do you need?

Easy enough to machine, CAD and setup costs are fixed, that wil be spread over the run.

Round ones pictured in #21 above will be less than $1 in 500 quantities, and you can get them 3D printed in plastic with a pearl pigment to resemble aluminum.

There used to be a site called e-machines, a sort of forum where jobs were offered for machined metal and plastic parts.
Take a look at what is on offer on those sites.

Some were in Soviet stuff, sorry, classified.

I really don't believe that, No way.

Soviet military equipment didn't use western parts, they did all their own parts, so noway that they used a C&K Bezel in their military equipment.
That statement is simple not true,
no Soviet military equipment ever used the switch bezel that I showed here.

And quite probably no military aircraft at all ever used it.

And BEL used those in their 15W HF man pack radios.

I didn't find online any information on "BEL 15W HF radio".
And google returns no result.

Can you please post a photo of it?

Otherwise your statements are just pure speculation, and that doesn't help in any way the goal of this thread that is to find information and a source for the Switch bezel used by Nagra and Helios

Soviet equipment used recessed toggle switches, for example in the T-72 tank turret, it was a safety feature, to prevent accidents.
Like firing the main gun....

Similarly, look closely at the firing and radar controls on the MiG-21 / 23 series, again some emissions were for war and some for patrols. Those were controlled through such switches.

I never said they used Japanese switches, those are flimsy compared to Soviet stuff.

BEL started making radios with Thomson (?) license, and later evolved to their own designs.

LHP-219 is an old obsolete model, used such switches at times on the handset, and battery /mains inputs...24 V DC, Manganese / Ni-Cad cells on back pack, and external power supply from vehicle or fixed station, depending on use.
It was a 15W synthesised tuner HF set, some models issued later had crystals for police and civilian frequencies, military models could cover the HF band...there are photos on the net...
Some were also used at the same station with 100 W HF sets, may have been used at sea as well.

In any case, you have not answered my query about required quantities.
It is not worth the effort for anybody to make or sell small quantities, or keep stock of an obscure item, which was fixed to the chassis.

It is best that you explore the possibility of getting them made to your order, expect a $200+ minimum CAD / setup charge in the US, Chinese suppliers may be more competitive.

No Soviet Equipment at all used the Switch Bezel that is the subject of this thread

No Tactical Radio ever used the Switch Bezel that is the subject of this thread

The part I'm looking for is exactly showed in the first post of this thread, and I asked help in getting a source or info on that same exact part.

The part that is the subject of this thread, is a support/bezel for mini toggle switches, it's not a switch and not a recessed switch
Your posts don't help at all, please don't troll this thread
