Looking for a toggle switch assembly Support/Bezel

Hello,
I need a switch Support or Bezel that allows the switches to be recessed inside of the case, here are photos of that part:

This type of Switch Support/Bezel was use in all the Nagra IV line of models but also in equipment of other brands,
here is a photo of some DI Box supposedly made by Helios (closed down in 1979) that used the same type of assembly:

Does anyone know any info on these parts?
Sources for it?
Or any other equipment that might have used them?

Thank you so much for your help

For now, I'm really trying to find the original manufacturer and part number, and then a source for those. They were produced so stock or old stock exists somewhere.

Machining this part will be a last solution, maybe, it's not easy, there's no technical drawings, no original correct measurements of the part,
and machining small quantities is very very expensive.

So for now I'm only looking for help regarding the first post description:

Thank you so much Hugo,
I already contacted all the services that have Nagra parts that i was able to find online, and Nagravox was one of them.
Of course might be a few companies that I didn't found.

So if there's any chance that you find what was the source you used when you ordered the parts for your Nagra SN that would be great.

Thank you so much

I already did that, clues indicate it was probably made by Nikkai (NKK) or C&K, or actually Both, or maybe none of them.
So I contacted both companies, still didn't get a reply, but these companies changed a lot since the 70s so they might not be interested in searching their old catalogs, or might not even have access to them, or might have no interest in it.
Let's see, keeping all the option open to try to find more clues, it's a great part and it would be very useful for many DIY projects.

This type of switch was used in tactical radios.
And military aircraft.

Thats a good clue, thanks.
If you can please provide an example/photo of a piece of gear using this same part please share it , that would be great.

I already did quite a lot of searches and didn't find photos of this part being used in "tactical radios" or "miliaty aircraft", but if you find it that would be of great help

Look for 'recessed lever toggle switch'.
YMMV.

I googled that many times already, that search will lead to different type of switches, and switches with locks, it's not the same thing as this. This is not a "recessed switch", this is a "Switch Support" or "Switch Bezel".
But google doesn't show anything regarding this part, and I've searched a lot and a lot of different descriptions

Its actually a switch guard, but the ones that are exactly like that one in the picture, are sold with the switch.
The generic ones are either a cup type recess mount for a panel mount, or a screw on cap type used on a pc board mount.

so its either this type:

or this type:

that you can get by itself.

I've never seen those on anything other than Nagras, I think they might make it themselves (or used to)?

As I've said in the first post this type of Switch Support/Bezel was also used in Helios DI Boxes.
Helios Electronics was an UK company dedicated to do Large Format Mixing Consoles mainly for Music Studios.
Nagra is a Swiss company that was dedicated to do mobile/location tape recorders.
There was never any connection between both companies, but still, both used the same part in some of their products.

So this part was from an external supplier and not made in-house
