Most top-end PA subs will do what you're after:
Beyma, Faital Pro, B&C, BMS, RCF.
Most car audio manufacturers will also have products that will do the job.

You will be using some kind of EQ for the low end yes? No?
Yes. Will be feeding the sub amp with a Behringer 2496.
i have two Infinite Baffle subs w 2-15" subs each.
I blew one of the subs in one of the cabinets. I plan to replace all 4 some time in the future but until then, i need a stop gap cheapo sub to put in one of the cabinets. It wont be optimal but will suffice for now.
BTW... did I mention i'm looking for something cheap?
The Dayton classic 15" is a decent driver for $, you may want to check out the MCM line at Newark Electronics (AKA: Element14).
They are cheaper, have the same Xmax and a higher Qts(typically higher than they're rated too). High Qts is desirable for IB alignment. Go online and find discount codes to offset shipping costs.
