Next step is to get the mains wiring done, put the safety earth into the case, drill and tap the 2nd heatsink, re-do the rear panel, do a front panel, and then enjoy.

@tomchr Thanks for the reminder. I had bought some thermal paste but not got to use it yet until tonight.
I had drilled and tapped the 2nd heatsink that forms part of the case, and scraped off the anodised coating so that it is electrically conductive. The case and the heatsink will be connected to Earth / Ground via the IEC connector.
I applied thermal paste to the 2nd heatsink. Will do the 1st heatsink hopefully tomorrow night after I scrape off the anodised material.
