I have plenty of speakers to play with (too many!) and I want to make something new…but I hate doing the wood work and the finishing work is so tedious and never seems to be as good as I want it to be.
I’ve more than one big horn project, the revised open baffles and Tannoys all in various states. Nothing how I actually want it.
I’ve gotten so much lazier as I got older.
I’m so lazy, that I’m actually considering going to look at a pair of completely restored Belvederes.
It’s in complete opposition to my DIY nature…and the fact that I am such a cheapskate!

I just had to have the intermediate shaft bearing done on the Porch 🤓…job was just too much for me without having access to a lift and the special tools.
I was having nightmares after reading stories about motors imploding due to IMS failure.
I’ve got so much into it at this point I figure I’ll just be buried in it.
Of course nothing but rain rain rain since I got it back 🤷♂️
I’ve been spending quality time with Iron Pumpkin…whenever wifey doesn’t have me chasing around opening the pool and whatnot.
I’ve been playing with a new Wiim toy in the system and figured out how to get a digital signal directly in from an iPad Pro. It’s a very convenient and pretty little package that allows me to spend more time on my lazy butt!
