It's a 64 bit Windows 7Windows?
Which version, how many bits (32/64)?
Or you might want to use Alsa directly without pulseaudio, jack or pipewire in between for bit perfect playback.
If you're interested in going back to 1990's style "one device at a time" audio, go for it...
