In terms of bandwidth of noise measurement, the formula is:

SNR = 6.02N + 1.76dB + 10 log(Fs/2BW)

You can see that the higher bandwidth, the smaller theoretical noise floor. BW can be no higher than Fs/2. Then

SNR = 6.02N + 1.76dB
