I had a spare but then bought an amp without one. I have used a big solder gun and sucker/braid to remove large solder items on the board. I have a little torch but not had to use it yet.
I was able to remove them by carefully heating each terminal with a torch until they were all bubbling then I pulled and it came right out short of 1 terminal that let go of the plastic casing (it was melting of course). In either case I now have 8 guage wire soldered in like some of the old school amps used to have.
