Long time no post
Hi joan2!
Just finished first channel of my Leach amp project! It was a really challenging task, it took almost 3 nights of slow (but sure) electronics tinkering! At least the remaining channel pcb has been populated and tested, all that remains is the output.
The one that was finished sounds great. Worth the sleepless nights.
Transistors used for FYI:
MPSA06
MPSA56
MJE340
MJE350
MJE15030
MJE15031
MJ15024
MJ15025
Still using my old 44-0-44/4A test power supply I used for the modified P3A.
Thanks to all those who shared in my questions, this one's for all of us!

okidoki!
joan,
I still haven't touched the other channel since I've been working (hope to save enough money for the super amp) . However, that seems nice since I get time to observe the working channel of my leach amp. Maybe you can send me an email regarding the cost of the transfo so that I have an idea.
cheers!
