1.3~1.4A before outputs enableWhat's the current draw before and after the output stage is enabled?
2.9~3.3A after outputs enabling
No I dont have one with smaller transistors.Do you have a driver board with the smaller transistors that you could try?
Without outputs when driven with 100hz I am getting very good square wave on gates and also it is changing its width when increase and decrease gain.
If changing the value of the CCS resistor doesn't make a difference and you have a clean drive, I don't know.
If you have to adjust the signal level, please do it with the signal source, not with the gain control.

I got the small transistor board and it is working good with it.

I further increased the CCS resistor value and the current pull decreased. Also it Is working normal with smaller transistor version driver board.
Current pull decreasing when I increased the CCS resistor to 1.4k but still the high side fets getting hot. I only have one fet on each bank. Is there anything I can do.
Installed all the outputs. Amp is pulling 2.2amps at idle. Mosfets getting hotter with in a minute. When use current limiting resistor amp staying at 1.6amps and mosfets cool.Install all of the output FETs.
No I am using the bigger transistor board that came with the amp.Are you still using the small transistor driver board?
Clamp them to the heatsink and let it idle for 30 minutes. Does the heatsink heat up significantly or just slightly?
It is getting hot plenty.
When use small transistor driverboard it did not heat. I took out all transistors from driverboard test them individually and replaced them and it is still pulling current and 1 fet getting very hot. All gets are brand new from digikey.

I'd move the FET that's heating to see if the problem follows the FET or the location.
Even good quality FETs can have different thresholds. Having matched date codes helps but it's no guarantee. Are the date codes matched for the FETs you're using?
Does the amp overheat (compared to the other driver board) at idle?

I removed the fet that was heating. Then another fet started to heat. I tried with small transistor board and all the fets remain cooler for good time. Yes all the fets have same date code.
The current through the CCS is probably still too high.
Do you have good drive signals?
What scope make/model do you have (edit sig)?
If it's mains powered, do you know how to use it in differential mode?
