The one I have in the shop doesn’t have any markings on them either. Those appear to be ESD clamping diodes for the logic IC CD4070BE and tests as standard diode as far as forward voltage. I’d image a standard 4148 would do the job. According to the data sheet a CMOS protection network is used on the inputs of that chip.
