The one I have in the shop doesn’t have any markings on them either. Those appear to be ESD clamping diodes for the logic IC CD4070BE and tests as standard diode as far as forward voltage. I’d image a standard 4148 would do the job. According to the data sheet a CMOS protection network is used on the inputs of that chip.

Probably not much help, but two cents none the less.

This is the back side of the card. The 4 diodes are at the top right. You can see that the Cathodes of D4, D5, D3, D2 are all tied together just before connecting to pin 2 of the IC and then goes over to pin 12 of the IC.
