Laminated hardwood for speaker cabinets

The panels I mentioned before are now down to $25- each.
While I don't really need them I was thinking of buying a couple more just in case.
I'd still glue them to chipboard or MDF tho and I'd only be using them for the decorative front baffle
 
These were basically done that way, except I glued up the thick teak veneer panels, then bonded them to both sides of an MDF panel (sorry Dave) which was bordered all around with teak. That assembly was then inset into the mahogany veneered cabinet.
