You may consider ordering LM319 and TL072 just in case.
Are you referring to Q100 and Q102-2SB669? To measure to DC voltages around the drivers you will need to use the negative side of C11 and C12 for the the black probe of voltmeter. C11 for Q100 and C12 for Q102. Measure around the OPT's and U100 and U101.
