Hello
Thaks for god anser the last time i help whit a problem!!!
Now i have kicker zx100.2 that worn´t shot off.
r1 (100ohm) was burnd. c10 and c19 was svolen. I have change the components. But it is just on. I do not nead remote.
Power 12v to the tl494cn.

If no one else can help, post at least one photo of the inside of the amplifier showing the components around the TL494.
Follow the trace back from pin 12. Does it go to the center leg of a transistor (possibly an A1266, or an A1023)?
If no and it's tied to pins 8 and 11 and is also connected to the 100 ohm resistor, does the other end of the resistor go to the center leg of a transistor?

Post the DC voltage on the pins of the two circled transistors. Place the black meter probe on chassis ground. Place the red meter probe on the point where you need to measure the voltage. No remote voltage applied.

It appears that the orange transistor is defective. Pull it and the amp should not power up. After pulling it, the voltage on pin 2 of the a56 should be the same as the voltage on pin 1. The voltage on pin 3 should essentially be 0v.
Are you sure that the orange one isn't a 2N4401?
