i will get them posted for you today also i ordering mos fits and transistors i have them all ordered but i cant fined the irf640 there lots of them but they all say irf640N are these right cause the 540s on amp don't have the N?
The following is a link to Mouser. It's best when buying replacement semiconductors to use reputable vendors such as Mouser and Digikey. Buying parts on Ebay can be risky because of potentially fake parts.
Finding any shorted outputs or other failed components before purchasing new will reduce the number of parts you need, saving costs, however you should buy a few more than you need in case you damage freshly installed parts which can happen to any experienced tech.
When replacing power supply mosfets (IRF3205's in this case) if you have a shorted outputs you will cause the mosfets to fail again, which is another reason why its important to check for shorted parts before installing fresh ones.

I don't recall what the N stands for but it's not an issue, someone else may know.

Mouser or Digital mostly.Newark and Allied are also good vendors.

I agree with Mouser and Digi-Key, especially for small orders. They are the most user friendly and very quick to ship.
ok sweet ty i check them out quick question so i trying to do these tests so told to prob leg 1and 2 then 1 and 3 then 2 and 3 so have meter set to Kohms nothing touching nothing it says OL i touch 1 and 2 i get OL then i touch 1 and 3 i get OL then i touch 2 and 3 and the reading keeps going up and up is this right ?
The meter is telling you the resistance or ohms is above the 2K ohm range which is good. Between 2 & 3 you are seeing capacitor charging which is also good.

If any transistor shows a particularly low number it's damaged and you will need to replace all in that group or bank. The IRF640's are in banks of three and the IRF9640's are in banks of four.

ok so this is good thing and ya on 2 and 3 it goes up and up like its charging 1 and 2 OL 1 and 3 OL
If all of the 640's and 9640's test the same try increasing the range of your meter to 200K ohm. This will give you some practice with your meter and allow you to see how the different ranges react for that meter.
I would be surprised if you found no shorted output transistors, If that's the case check the D61 & D63 in the same manner. Keep in mind the meter will read near zero ohms between Legs 1 & 3 charging action between Legs 1 & 2 and Legs 2 & 3.

*** FOR THE TURN THE K UP MINES ALL DIGI ALL IT HAS IS TURN NOB TO OHMS THEN IT GOES AUTO M OHMS AND K OHMS OR JUST OHMS
For the types of FETs (the ones clamped to the heatsink) used in most amps, if you ever read anything other than OL between leg 1 and either of the other legs (FET out of the circuit), you can stop testing. The FET is defective.
FET ? IS THAT ANOTHER NAME FOR RESISTER MOSFITS? AND WITH THE TEST THERE SO I NO WHATS UP WHAT ARE BAD WHAT ARE GOOD
FET is just shorthand for Mosfets.
It appears that one out of both banks of the IRF9640's is shorted. Remove all of the 9640's.
Be sure to clean up the solder as you did with the IRF3205's and recheck the board where the 9640's were. The readings should match the results of the IRF640's.

You will need to check the gate resistors for all the output mosfets. These are the 10 ohm surface mount resistors near each output.

Q210-213 and Q310-313 are the only part you will need to replace as of now. D61-D63 appear to be good.
