Without the AOT460's measure the DC voltages around IC4 and look at Pin 3 and Pin 13 with a scope and post.

one of the diodes was backwards d34. i hanged the orientation.
This amplifier still stays in protection, most of these models, even with the outputs removed, will come out of protection after a few seconds.

Pin 2 IC4 should be ~10.3Vdc. This is the CSD input. Check the DC voltage around IC5-LM393 and post.

Check C96-102 and Q11-7002 with an Ohmmeter.
Lift D36 then D37 also D26 then D27, 1N4148 to see if the CSD returns to 10.3Vdc.

with everything in place, including the outputs what are you seeing? What does the drive look like? Do You have 10.3Vdc at Pin 2(CSD) of the IRS20957? Does Q19 get hot?
Without the outputs the CSD will be wrong. I discovered this working on another CXA.
