It can operate at low power for testing with 3 FETs. You need to determine if there are other problems. That's why I asked you to install the FETs to see if it would play at low power.
Did what you said. Hooked it up to power. It did come on for a second then heard sparks looked. Q409, R161 smoked a little and possibly Q26. I only had a 5 amp fuse laying around. Popped fairly quickly.
Q414 is all burnt looks like a fried trace also. I am gonna try and post a picture>

I went over it again this morning with DMM to make there wasnt any bridges and I am pretty positive there was not any bridges.
Do you want to continue to try to repair it? It appears that there is significant damage in addition to the output transistors.
