That’s really unfortunate. I’m happy for Kevin getting to spend more time with his family but sad for myself as I had intended to use his HV power supply kit for a pair of mono blocks I’ve been collecting parts for.

Yeah, I should have pulled the trigger on them when the Ukraine situation reared it’s head. It had an inadvertent effect of deciding which of the two modules I needed a pair of. I had been vacillating between 300B and 6C33…

I built amps with the both 6C33 and 300B, these days just the 300B since I have more modest power requirements..

Kevin has always be great to buy from and always gave good tech support.
I wish him well and will miss his products.

Agreed. I enjoyed his phono-stage and used a few of his boards. He'll be missed.

No, this is not April fools day unfortunately. I talk to Kevin Carter fairly regularly and am on his internal mailing list.

Kevin Carter was never active here that I am aware, unfortunately a fair number of people here have confused me for him in the past. It's been nearly a year since he closed up shop.
