While I checked manual for OmniMic and there is clearly stated that it does not work with Mac... however in my opinion you might get it working on Mac if you have Intel based Mac but not with parallels. You probably need to set dual boot with Boot Camp running windows XP. I am not 100% sure but I did similar setup for friend of mine who was needing windows environment for some plugins and it was working perfectly on his iMac.

Chris, I'm a PC guy so no experience with either True Audio or OmniMic functionality with a Mac running Parallels/WinXP. You might check with John Murphy (True Audio) or Bill Waslo (designer of the OmniMic software) for compatiblity. TA has a website but both Murphy and Waslo follow the Parts Express Tech Talk forums.
