Thanks Colin, just getting to grips with this.
Just taken this picture to give you an idea how to insert the baffle.
Easiest way is to make a brace using a 1cm frame as shown. It provides some support but most of all makes it easy to put together. Lie it flat on a sheet of paper and glue using pva or GRIPFILL, depending on how accurate the cutting is, then leave overnight to set. If you're building the Eikona 2-38, then you'll need to add 6" of mdf above. (My preference is for the concrete to be bonded to the top as that has greater front to back rigidity).
Turn it on it's side, taking care because the join isn't that strong at this point, then glue and screw one side. Turn it over and repeat, then do the same with the top obviously making sure everything is flush. If there are any high spots sand it down and make sure the concrete is resealed with pva.
Once bonded into the enclosure, the baffle is virtually bomb proof.
The other thing to mention is, I haven't looked into postage costs yet, but the 2 baffles way 3kg.
Hope this helps

If there is another group buy, I would also be interested. I have a pair of jx92s that I wouldn't ming upgrading.

The allocation of Eikonas for this group buy has gone. If anyone wants to organise their own, the minimum requirement is six pairs to one address, one invoice.
Anyone wanting to go ahead, send me an email at sales (at) ejjordan.co.uk and I'll post the interest here or on a new thread.
