EUVL, I haven't decided yet as to use bipolar or mosfet output devices. I would certainly like to try mosfets again, but I just don't know if they have the capability that I need. My design goes back 49 years when I first built my first complementary symmetry BRIDGE power amplifier (a motor drive) at over 2000 Watt rating (I was shooting for 50V-50A with a 1 ohm load). I have improved it over the decades, of course, but I have no commercial product of mine that is constructed that way. It's about time!
It is certaonly true that there are less and less MOSFET power devices specially designed for audio applications.

That’s pretty clear, and is also what I find interesting about the more strictly academic types; if I can’t explain it, then it simply doesn’t exist. Oh well, is humorous how someone such as myself with a limited background in applied physics can observe basic differences every time, yet...

Not enough measurement effort was made public. We have no idea what measurement setup at any precision shows or fail to show observed difference. It is very difficult for people who can not reliably hear a difference to attempt measurement.
Some kind of field effect affecting the local environment and all within it, similar to wine/cognac being effected by John's coaster or my filter material applied around the top of the stem of a wine glass.
I have an alternate method to JB where I apply an amount of my material at each corner apex of the room (8 pieces) and this sets a tunable 'tone' (lack of 'tone' actually) to the room such that the room essentially disappears.
A friend recently commented on my room/system sound quality and remarked 'where are the room treatments ?'....ok two leather comfort chairs and a carpet square but elsewise nothing special is required to achieve unusually clean, clear, fun and perfectly intelligible sound when the room is 'treated'.
The structure and by extension the air in the room can be affected and effected perfectly easily, this has been going on since the beginning of time and right under our noses.

Dan, you appear to be doing something similar to what Jack is doing, and also some German guys as well. I can't duplicate it, but I do, as well as my colleagues, notice the differences that do seem to be a 'field effect' or something similar. By the way, my IPC Energizer still seems to make my cognac taste better.

If it changes the atmosphere, as you say, how could you be sure what else it might change? Or if what is changing is your perception more than anything else? Or, what if it causes cancer, or tooth decay?
If such a thing existed, it would probably do much more than merely make stereo systems sound better in a room. That might be the most absurd part of the claim.
If such a thing existed, it could and likely would be quite dangerous to be around.
Fortunately, the chances of it existing at all would seem to be pretty much zero. Still might not be healthy to be around depending on whatever is in it.
