Did you remove the jumper on pins 1 and 2 of the op-amp?

The diode is leaking and I replaced it and I have 40.2v in each speaker terminal. I'll put it together tomorrow and try it for now I have to go back to work

I have not installed them since they have not arrived, yes, it produces a clean sine wave without load, the mic4427 and PS fets were changed, irfz44n were installed.
On U502, pin 12, what is the DC voltage when there is no load and the amp producing a clean sine wave?
And again with a load where the sine wave is clipped? Also look at it with a scope to see if the change, from no load, (if there is any) is a pulsed signal.

Thank you Mr. Perry, I have managed to get the amplifier to work, change the ahc132 again, since apparently they arrived in bad condition, but I sent for several and they have worked well I have a clean wave, only now I have a doubt, in the output voltage , I suppose that 40.2v should be even in both subwoofer terminals, but I see a variation of 2v, in negative there is 40.2v and in positive terminal 42.2v, can it be adjusted?
