Check on the center pad of the high-side output FET.

a pulse starts to grow but quickly the current draw rises and the PS fets get hot

What changed since you checked the waveform previously?

only the wave in the central pad of the d600 is more stable after placing the mur1660fct and with the change of the 2n3906

What's the resistance from the center leg of the rectifier to the center leg of the high-side FET?

I already got lost, but that's how they are shown in each of the fets
Q504: 0.3 ohms
Q505: 1.7mohms and increasing
Q506: 12 kohms and increasing
Q507: 0.2 ohms
all with respect to central pad of the rectifier

Q504 and 507 are the high-side FETs.

There's no reason that touching the probe of the meter or scope should cause excessive current draw.

It does it even without touching the oscilloscope, I'll have to find out what is causing them, what makes the PS fets heat up.

I already found the fault they were two of these schottky diodes, I replaced the 4 greetings and thank you very much
