If i apply remote the low ohms light is the first to lite up then the green led lights up 2 secs later..
If i remove remote all lights go out within 1 sec

Look at the signal on those two small driver transistors near the FET for the small transformer. Do you have a good drive signal there?

The numbers may be a bit different. How are you testing it?

You have to test FETs very carefully. You can't just probe the terminals in a random way. Did you test as shown on the transistor testing page or did you test so that you didn't inadvertently charge the gate?

I see no drive pulses on the drivers no pulse on the tab of the get also do not have regulated voltages still
it changed slightly
