I just received a circuit diagram of Amity and both from the same date.
Both Lundahl LL9202AM and LL1620AM are adequate for Amity application. But I wonder which one is better for the application.
My friend says both Lundahl transformer can be made with air gap.
Any thoughts??

Why don't you read the datasheets and tell us what's on your mind?
My friend told me LL1620AM is good as he is building the same amplifier.
What do you think 6.6K toroidal PP output transformer
I haven't had experience with them. I used LL1620 which was replaced with O-netics entry level 6k6.
At first I consider to use Toroidy transformer with tentlabs autor-bias module to avoid the DC imbalance, however, if cost is put into consideration.
Sounds like the LL1620AM PP with air gap is a better deal as auto-bias module not cheap!

Did you have LL1620 amorphous core?
The AM version has one obvious advantage when introducing a meaningful airgap: there will be plenty of inductance left. Otoh i am not sure how great is Lundahl's idea of using the same size core when moving from steel to AM.
