"Le tube" was single ECC83/12AX7a, both halves gain stages with passive as well as feedback RIAA correction.
See:
Pramplificateur "Minimum" "Le tube" (J.Hiraga)
At the end of the article you read that Maison de l'Audiophile neither offered a kit nor components; apparently there was commercial interest.

Some interesting design variants in this thread. Thanks all.
I had recently found this, and wonder if it might be the beast in question:I remember I saw a PCB [on ebay] some time ago.
Does anyone have a hint?
thanks in advance.

Thanks, I have seen this but I have already started a point to point wiring; I won't use the RIAA. I'll report back later!
I,m planning to build this phono stage. dumb question: fuse size?
You could do it with a 1 amp slow blow, if this is really what you want to build.
Ok. Thanks for your help. Is a 20 years old design, but buget wise i think is my only option now. And I think it would outperform the musical fidelity xlp.
Thanks,
Janos
