Hi Williams,
The schematics of the JC1 are posted on diyaudio by John Curl (JC).
You have to search in the blowtorch thread.

Nope, that is the JC1 PRE amp. different century 🙂
actually, there really are some JC-1 power amp schematics in that thread. john hinted they might not be exactly what is currently being built and shipped.
there is also some useful commentary on operating points, stability, thermals, all kinds of useful info for study.
it IS hard to find these nuggets, though.
good luck,

seriously you couldn't be bothered to to google .7z
It's a 7-zip file, but winzip will open it unless you are using a stone age version.

Windows 7 did not know how to open it.
Does that mean winzip is not working, or that the file is corrupted and Win7 recognised an unopenable file?

Downloaded the second on the list and installed.
But when I try to open, it shows the new 7zip and then does nothing after I click.

I downloaded the 64 bit version of 7-zip as running win7 enterprise. Installed. Opened file. It contains 2 scans of circuit diagrams possibly from a service manual. Nothing exciting though. Not sure why your computer is failing you today. ostensibly what mlloyd reminded me JC had posted with caveats before.
I have zipped them and can email if you want.

I think I had this "not opening" behaviour some long while ago with 7Zip, I think I uninstalled it because I could not get 7Zip to work in opening Zipped files.
But I thought I still had another unzipper, but I can't find it.

Its an RAR file or I should say, it appears to work without issues using WinRAR. Like all graphics file handling software, you have to download and pay for it, either in cash after a free trial period or spam. WinRAR is popular in Europe and whilst some sites claim free downloads, there is usually a catch but at least it always works for me and that's unusual. https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&...eiqXICGuQIHmdpDFgRElpw&bvm=bv.116274245,d.dGo

hi Miklos,
thanks a lot for the link, it works perfectly.
the problem seems to be at front end amplifier. most of the jfets are not available in the real market.
but any way if is ok I can post the schematics some where all can see it.
Cheers,
Williams
