Japanese DIY blog- need help translating

Can anyone help me get a better Japanese-English translation than google or babelfish can offer? This is the sight. On-line translators are just not good enough. I'm hoping that someone who reads Japanese can help with a more detailed translation (perhaps suggest better translation to the google translator). I tried writing to the author, but he does not seem able/willing to correspond in English. Mostly, I'd like him to share his schematic.

If you're able to help out here I'd be very much grateful.

It was NOT a reply to your inquiry. I simply wanted to post the SL-1200Mk3 site, referring to the topic "Japanese DIY blog" and threw in the google translate version in case other readers want to read it in English, albeit clumsy. If you find a better online translator, let us know.

Since I can speak an Asian language, not Japanese unfortunately, I know it's impossible to have perfect translation electronically. The only way to get perfect translation is to have a person who speaks the language to translate it. Most Asian languages are not Latin based or alphabet based so it's really really hard to have the right syntax in English. Good luck.
