It's complete nonsense. There is absolutely nothing here that could be considered an overall advance, performance wise, over a standard, properly implemented Self-like "Blameless" amplifier. In fact, quite the opposite.
No demonstrated comprehension of even the basics of frequency compensation either - the ineptitude starts with the stupidly high gm of the input stage with that emitter-to-emitter coupling capacitor and the lack of comprehension of the implications thereof.
