i compare with these layouts and some path errors in irs1500,irs3000,irs4k5 images, can someone clarify that.
How does a amplifier generating power levels in the access of 3k get away with a single layer PCB?
They don't, the ratings are grossly overrated as well as beeing a oneshot few millisecond pulse into the absolute minimum allowed load impedance using a lab power supply rather than a real power supply.
Yeah, and the burst tests are usually what manufacturers use as the power specs just to make their producs look better than they are.

i have made the ir900 and the ir4k5 both work but you have to be extra careful when soldering ,because the tracks are small.
i haven't tried the ir3000 but there are a lot of complains from diyers.
i would recommend you go with manoj,s aud600 it is powerfull and many diyers have build it including me

i have made IRS300 and it work nicely
i use 6k8 as Rss and test it with duble 60 & 75.
is 6k8 right resistance for this voltage ?
