MOSFETs used are IRFB 23n20d.
That is similar to 4227 with high capacitance gate.
Try a irfb4019's instead.
but with mosfet 4019 I can always get the power declared by the manufacturer of these modules? 600-700watt?

No.
You need 2 pairs of irfb4227 with gate driver buffers.
Use npn/pnp pair or 2 tc4420 gate buffers.
I can get 500 watts with one pair of irfb4227's.
Look up iraudamp9, this gives 1700 watts.
They use transistor gate buffers.
other mosfet similar 4227 but low capacite gate?
I don't know, higher power mosfets usually have higher gate capacitance.
You can prove the point by using irfb4019's.
If they dont get hot then the mosfet is the problem.
what problems can arise with the mosfets used by the producer? high ability to gain and without driver?
ok.
the temperature of the coil is normal to 50 degrees?
Mine run around 30 degrees.
I use t106-2 core with 13 turns of wire.
What core are you using ?

The mosfet wont switch on fast enough causing the mosfet to get hot.
Also the slow switch on can upset the over current trip.
I found using the 4227's with no gate driver caused the 2092 to reset on medium to high power.
The voltage across the mosfet doesn't drop fast enough and the over current trip thinks there is an over current event and resets the 2092.
original is sagami or similar but I also tried it with a 23A coilcraft.
from the datasheet what should I look to see if a MOSFET is high or low capacitance of the gate?

Look for total gate charge.
For irfb4019 it is 13nC
For irfb4227 it is 80nC.
so in my case, the ideal is to find the mosfet powerful with low-capacity gate, right?
Yes.
I wouldn't go above 20nC without gate buffers.
If that doesn't fix the problem we need to look elsewhere.
10k +10k for dead time.
10k + 10k is too large.
I would set it to max deadtime with only the lower 10k in the circuit..
