We built our comparator using the LT1632 OP amp, then inverted its output by putting it back through the LT1632 with the other OP amp (inverting, unity gain). Thinking about it, its obvious that would cause a delay. Shown below is the output of the inverter and comparator stage, which we were using for our inputs of the gate driver. The inverted stage was again inverted to show the phase change. Good catch. Is there any way we could delay the non-inverted output of the comparator to match?

The issue that we realized we had is that the LT1632 won't operate as a voltage follow, which would have added the necessary delay without the inversion, which we need to keep as is. Other than using the LT1632, we don't have any op amps or XOR gates that operate with the same delay. Trying to think of a work around at the moment.
