Internet radio: your favorites

WFUV, Fordham University Radio in NY City (Bronx) 90.7 on the FM dial.

NPR news, an assortment of non mainstream overplayed cr^p of the same 3 or 4 songs even though a performer or band has a huge library. No commercials (public radio with Fund drives 2 or 3 times a year, member supported). A lot of names you would normally never be exposed to! Refreshing!

Everything I buy now I heard first and most of the time, only on WFUV.

Or here to stream online: http://www.wfuv.org/audio/stream.html

Give it a try! I use Winamp for my player.

It's good to see this thread still brings new material. Not being an Italian, I fail to understand the word 'emo' though.

As for the pandora radio, it's a pity that I can't capture it either. I recall playing with its futures in its early days and I loved it.

hahaha emo is not an italian word,,, take a peek on youtube and see what this emo trend is,,, I was just messin a bit and that's cos everybody picks on emos so I couldn't resist myself,,, sorry,,, 😀

about pandora, at my jobplace I get out on this tinterweb thing as a uk net so I'm able to catch it and it's great.

If you're able to get a decently fast proxy that's in the uk you can listen to it,,,

Using the "RadioSure" app here as it provides fast search and upload of new stations. The (unfinished) fav list attached.
