Yes it was sent back on the 28'th according to the post office, so it will probably take some time yet.

To resend by registered mail again would cost ~30 HKD.
But we need to charge you 60 HKD admin. charge.
Takes 30 minutes to repack, go to Post Office, and back, plus transport cost.
We can also refund, but you will loose Paypal charges at our side, plus 1st time postage, exchange rate, etc.
So if you still want them, please send 90 HKD by Paypal.
We'll then resend within a week.
Please make sure someone is home to receive this time.
