The USPS will not release information to the HK Post Office. See :
https://www.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/

"Processing and delivery information of mail at the destination is supplied by the destination postal administration. According to the international postal operation arrangements of the Universal Postal Union, postal administrations are not bound to release processing and delivery information of "international registered mail", and postal administrations of the following countries/regions have ceased to release such information:
1. Canada
2. Netherlands
3. United States of America"

So the tracking in HK stops once it leaves HK.
You will have to check with the USPS with the said tracking number.
There is little my guys in HK can do for you.
Except to say that many in the US have already received theirs.

May be patience for a few more weeks.
From experience, the UPSP is the most problematic.
We have had expensive naked bulk foil resistors from the US taking more than 3 months before reappearing !!!!
