I just picked my quad up today at the post office.
For me the purpose for the quad is just "general purpose" and not necessarily for J2. But if used for J2 I assume that one 2SK74 can substitute a 2SJ109?

Please check the datasheets of 2SJ109 and 2SJ74 to satisfy yourself.

I see 2SJ74.....I just realized that. So why not use them for J2 now I have a matched quad. 2SJ109 can handle a bit higher voltage but 25V for 2SJ74 will be sufficient.

Someone asked our Admin for matching data.
We do not provide matching data as a common practice for more than a decade.
But other people have cross checked with their (IMHO inferior) equipment.
Interest for genuine Semisouth SJEP120R100 curve tracer matched pairs & quads

The quads provided here are so tightly matched that you can use any two as a diff pair.
It is more important to thermally couple them together.
And they are all within the Idss range and matching tolerances as promised.

You are of course always welcome to check again with you own equipment.
Conditions are Vds 12V, 30°C constant temperature (oven), and continuous mode (100Hz) between 10µA abd Idss.
