Many of you have withheld payment until we confirm shipment at PP.
I hope you realise that this will be extra 2 hours of work for us, in addition to whatever we already have to do.
All the post registration, insurance declaration, invoicing, ......
We understand the sum is not small, so we'll absorb the extra admin costs this time.
But we WILL charge extra next time, and also in future GBs like the 2SK3497.
We always keep our promises over almost a decade.
We could have raised price for this GB, which is now way below ebay price without matching.
So I think we deserve some appreciation.
If you have no trust in us, then please use other sources such as ebay, etc.
We have no problems if we don't sell them all.

I have made the payment through PayPal. I am not sure whether my payment is withheld or not. I am not sure how to withheld the payment. Please let me know if my payment is withheld if yes I will try to find out how and releases the payment.

I think this problem is NOT a matter of distrust Patrick, it's just about ignorance. Don't take it as an offense.

I just checked with the bank they informed me that the transaction is approved and they have given me an approval number for reference.
They told me that receiver has not claimed the payment and the transaction will be reverted back if the recipient does not claim in the next 7 days. I am not sure what does that mean. If any one know what needs to be done please let me know.

When you pay with Paypal you have a "payment method" option in which you withhold payment until you receive the item (It is very useful when shopping through eBay).

Maybe this is the result of saying to paypal that we are buying something, and not sending money to a relative.
If the fastest way for your team is a refund, I'll be perfectly happy to send the money the other way.
For further GB, just ask us to send money as for non commercial way.
