I am having a heck of a time eliminating 60Hz hum from one of my speakers.
So, i was wondering if there was a cable made that had some kind of sheathing that would help eliminate the hum.

The chances of it actually being the speaker cables that are picking up the hum are very slim. Much more likely that the hum is coming from somewhere else in the chain. Can you describe the full system?

Why isn't the other one humming?
Induction into speaker cables is MUCH less likely than a fault in the several amplifiers and cables feeding the speaker line.

Swap the cables at the amplifier to see if the problem stays the same.
It does, the right speaker has the hum. It is physically located about 15 feet from the amp and has to cross 2 power lines. This is due to it being near the sub woofer.

We don´t know yet whether the speakers are active or passive.

Try wrapping the speaker cable in aluminium foil where it crosses the power leads. It is physically located about 15 feet from the amp and has to cross 2 power lines.
Loudspeakers not powered. Are the loudspeaker, powered speakers?
Do you have a powered sub-woofer?
Sub woofer is powered.
Well, I found a big part of it I think. I noticed that one of the RCA input connections was kinda loose so I started to tighten it when I also saw that the ground side of it was not making contact with the chassis.
After I fixed that it improved the 60Hz hum considerably.
I am so thankful to this site that I am going to give a donation in recognition of all the help that I got here.
Thanks again.

That's good news, grounding seems to have been the issue, very unlikely to be anything to do with the speaker cables
If these are passive speaker, the chances of picking up hum are zero. Especially if you cross power lines. Impedance is way to low to pick up anything at 50/60 Hz.
You did not answer whether this is an active speaker.
