That's called a turret. Guitar amplifier people use a lot of them for hard wiring parts.

We used to use turret boards for building hi-fi audio amplifiers, now it's mostly guitar amps
that are built with them, for ruggedness and repairs.

I did find some turrets and of course they were too large. FWIW, I ended up just filling the pad with solder as suggested by others. Worked beautifully. Thanks for the help with with these small details. The amp is getting close

+1 I have had great luck with RG-174. It’s nice and thin and seems to provide good shielding. Use a good brand like Amphenol. These are great for soldering to panel feed through RCAs back to amp inputs. They can even be made to fit onto Molex KK or JST 2-pin crimped connectors. A 100ft spool is enough for almost half a lifetime of amp building.
Here is an example of a 3pin Molex KK input jack going to two RG-172 each going to a 2-pin Molex KK.
